So why establish the Canadian Corner?

I have written about Canadian politics for another Web site, newsinformant.com (now dormant). I studied Canadian politics at Northwestern University. I have been fascinated with Canada since my first trip to Stratford, Ontario for the Shakespearean Festival.

Imagine the stares I get when I know the words to "O Canada." Or know the names of the provinces. Or know that Ottawa, not Toronto, is the capital of Canada. BTW, Toronto is the capital of Ontario. Well, you see what I mean.
